The notifications come under your account settings. To navigate to notifications, click on your profile in the top right corner of the page, and click on Account Settings
Scroll down the account settings page until you see 'Notifications' or click on 'Notifications' in the tab at the top left hand corner of the page
The preset notification options are split into three categories: assignments, notification, and system messages. Alerts in the assignment section have to do with form permissions, as well as account access. The notification section lets you know when completed forms are submitted, or when an existing form is updated. Lastly, system messages pertain to your account limits, such as data storage or number of users allowed on your plan.
For each notification option, click the pencil icon on the right side to adjust your preferences. You can choose between web alerts, email notifications, or both.
Things start to get really powerful with personalised notifications. Personalised articles can be intentionally broad or painfully specific, depending on your preference.
Start by selecting a trigger point, namely a form, folder, user, or team. Then, choose a trigger action — that is to say, an action that will trigger a notification when it aligns to your trigger point. At this point, you can save your notification setting, or you can further nest these triggers within specific folders, attach them to certain form, etc.
