“Who can access my data” I hear you ask.
Although you store your data with Array that does not give anyone within Array the right to access your account or any of your data on your account without first obtaining approval.
We know your data is precious and keeping it protected is not something you take light-heartedly. Array strives to protect the data you collect with it and alongside this don’t want any excuse for your data to go amiss. Ensuring that we ask you permission prior to accessing your account eliminates any issues when needing to run routine maintenance or look into issues that may have arisen.
If you have any questions about your data, feel free to drop one of our operatives a question using the online chat or refer to our Privacy Policy.
Array should never need to access your account. If ever we do we will always ask your permission first. Array runs routine operations on our own test account before putting changes live into the real world. Sometimes there may be issues though that are account specific.
Account specific issues can occur on specific forms or specific reports, if this is the case we may need to access your account to test on that exact form or look into the data that has been collected to ensure no information you have collected is corrupt. Again these issues would be highlighted to us either by an account user or by our automated notification systems, however, we are notified we will always need your permission before we do anything.
There are some situations where we may need to access your account to stop the corruption of your account. If this is the case you will be notified of the issues on your account and will be taken through the steps taken to resolve the issue.
All Array data storage systems and servers are run within a private cloud on the Amazon Web Services platform, which has the following credentials:
Additionally, we ensure constant compliance with ICO regulations.
